Charges

Regular Cleans - £13.50 per hour per cleaner
One-Off Cleans - £17.00 per hour per cleaner
Small Office Cleans - £17.00 per hour per cleaner
Recyling only - £5.00 per load

Minimum Charges

Regular Cleans - £27.00 (2 hours one cleaner)
One-Off Cleans - £68.00 (4 hours of cleaning by one cleaner)
Small Office Cleans - £34.00 (2 hours of cleaning by one cleaner)

Payment Timing

Regular Cleans - within 7 days by cheque or through prior arrangement by direct debit on the 1st of every month
One-Off Cleans - within 7 days by cheque or direct bank transfer
Small Office Cleans - within 7 days by cheque or through prior arrangement by direct debit on the 1st of every month

Cancellation/No Access Charges

Regular domestic cleaning, office cleaning: The Client may cancel a cleaning visit/s by giving at least 24 hours advanced notice. The Client may terminate the whole service by giving at least one month advanced notice and specifying the last cleaning date. The Client agrees to pay the full price of the cleaning visit if the Client cancels or changes the date/time less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. The Client agrees to pay the full price of the cleaning visit in the event of a lock-out caused by our cleaners being turned away; no one home to let them in; or problem with the Client's keys. If keys are provided they must open the lock without any special efforts or skills. The Client agrees to pay the full price of one cleaning visit in case of a termination of the service if the Client has given less than Two weeks advanced notice. The Client has the right to terminate the service without giving Two weeks advanced notice but by giving 24 hours advanced notice before or immediately after the first cleaning visit only. One-off cleaning: The Client may cancel the scheduled cleaning job at least 24 hours prior to the agreed start time. The Client agrees to pay £30.00 cancellation fee if the Client cancels or changes the date/time less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. the Client agrees to pay £30.00 cancellation fee in the event of a lock-out caused by our cleaners being turned away; no one home to let them in; or problem with the Client's keys. If keys are provided they must open the lock without any special efforts or skills. End of tenancy cleaning: The Client may cancel the scheduled cleaning job at least 24 hours prior to the agreed start time. The Client agrees to pay 40% of the quote as a cancellation fee if the Client cancels or changes the date/time less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. The Client agrees to pay 40% of the quote as a cancellation fee in the event of a lock-out cased by our cleaners being turned away; no one home to let them in; no water or power available at the Client's premises; or problem with the Client's keys. If keys are provided they must open the lock without any special efforts or skills. If an initial deposit has been paid to Mr Eco Ltd then the Client agrees that deposit funds may be used to cover the cancellation fee.
